HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We only do customised/personalised items our turnaround time is 2-3 WEEKS FROM THE TIME THAT YOU APPROVE YOUR ARTWORK.
Standard UK delivery costs are:
• UK mainland – £3.95
All shipping charges for product purchased more than quantity 10 is FREE.
We’ll let you know when we’ve sent your kit to you and give you the tracking details.
PARCELS IN TRANSIT
If you order has not delivered within specified delivery time or you need further help or assistance, you can contact us through facebook or email sales@gbxstore.co.uk for delivery updates. Please allow us sufficient time to investigate about your product and delivery.
REQUEST DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, you can fill the Delivery Address field or you can always contact us directly if you mentioned wrong address. Your order will dispatched securely to your address specified.
I’VE RECEIVED MY DELIVERY, BUT IT ISN’T WHAT I ORDERED.
It is very rare that we make mistakes, if you have not received what you ordered, please contact us through our facebook page or contact us at info@gbxstore.co.uk. We will resolve your problem straightaway.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returning Items
All our product are custom made so we do not accept return unless the product is faulty.
If your personalized product is faulty please contact us through our facebook page ore email us info@gbxstore.co.uk.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not accept exchanges due to the nature of products.
HOW DO I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept the return of goods as these are all customised/personalised items with your club badge or name on it. However if you find your product faulty we can provide a replacement product once we receive the faulty product back.
Returning a product is super easy, you can contact us through our facebook page or email us at sales@gbxstore.co.uk with your order number and club name on hand. Once we receive the faulty product, we will try our best to deliver replacement in 2 weeks time.
